My thoughts:
This was a pretty good book, not my favorite historical I have read, but still very good.
Leo is a great character. I love that he has mis-matched eyes and is a bit of a rebel. Leo comes from a family who has known many scandals throught out the years. But the adventure he is about to embark on will test everyone in his family.
Viola is a strong female, even though she may not have the most honorable job. At least she can walk down the street and feel good about herself. When two men break into her house everything in Viola life changes.
Leo and Viola go on a great adventure in this story. Not only do they learn to trust and love, but a treasure hunt too.

My thoughts:
I really enjoyed this story. I liked how Shiloh was able to take a taboo topic like role playing and show both sides. The side of the one who enjoys it and the side of those who don’t understand it.
If you put aside your fears of role playing I believe you will enjoy this story.
