A few things I am tired of… 1) So many characters “let out the breath they did not know they were holding”… I always know when I am holding my breath…. 2) Too many guys are SEALS… There are not that many ex-SEALS…. 3) The women are always on birth control because of “woman problems”… why can’t they just be ready to have sex???
I loose interest when I spot their “formula”
and I HATE series that the current book is almost like stand alone IN that world
one author even had the couple in current book “magically” transported to isolated location – really?? If you’re coming up with insane idea – ya gotta make me BELIEVE
not interested in cliffhangers, bakery owners, heroines that have been with every guy on a sports team, no HEAs, authors that don’t tell you the books are part of a series, new adult characters that have mental problems and have been abused, vague and deceptive blurbs

I just want them to quit misusing words and using improper grammar.
Releasing books with bad editing , using the word insatiable and cliffhangers!! People don’t want to write standalones anymore,
