Paramour by Margaret Ethridge

Camellia has finally returned home.  But not for a good reason, her father has just passed away.  Now she must deal with everything on her own.  When she returns to her father’s house, she realizes just how alone she is, until she makes her way to her childhood bedroom.  There she finds the one thing that has always been there for her no matter what.  Frank her first and only true love.  As long as Frank is around she will never be truly alone.  The only problem is that Frank is dead.
Frank is a ghost.  He has been trapped in Cam’s room for years.  Frank has loved Cam since the day her family moved into his house over 20 years ago.  Frank wants to make Cam happy; all he has ever wanted is for Cam to be happy, even if it is not with him.
Bradley Mitchum is the boy next door.  The guy, who mows the lawn for his elderly neighbors, buys his childhood home from his parents just because he loved it so much, just an all around good guy.  When Brad finds out that Cam’s dad has passed, knows he needs to do something to help her.  So Brad does what he does best mow a neighbor’s lawn.  But when he starts mowing her lawn she is not as thankful as he had hoped.  At least to begin with
There is an instant connection between Cam and Brad.  Brad knows that Cam is grieving for the lost of her father and now is not the time to try for a romantic relationship, even if that is what he wants.   But there is nothing wrong with friendship; no the best relationships start with friendship anyways right.
Cam is torn between the first love of her life, a love that may not ever be able to work out or to take a chance on a new love that may be the best thing to ever happen to her.

My Thoughts:
This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster that is not like a normal love triangle story.  In most love triangles you can pick one side and root for that one person.  In this story I found myself wanting Cam to be with both guys.  Brad is the all American boy next door that loves Cam with all his heart and soul.  But Frank has love Cam all her life.  I was so torn I didn’t know what I wanted to happen in this story and just like ever love triangle someone doesn’t always get what they want.
If you are looking for a love story with a paranormal twist this is the story for you.

Gotta say when I first saw the ghost thing I was unsure, but that sounds like a really creative story. I'm very interested!! Love triangles are always sooo hard to read through because you always know someone's going to be heartbroken! I'm very curious to see how that works out in this book. *tear* Thanks Kelly!
